Horrible!!!!@ My experience was horrible. This is the worst dealership. My vehicle was under warranty and was not repaired by BMW. They originally quoted me $150 My experience was horrible. This is the worst dealership. My vehicle was under warranty and was not repaired by BMW. They originally quoted me $15000 in repairs. I asked for a used engine quote, 5 whole days juat for a quote. When I mentioned I found an engine for $4700 from LKQ it was suggested I wait for the quote from BMW. They quoted me $13000 for a used engine. When I asked where the engine was from, it was the same $4700 engine. I was tild parts has to make their money. $7000 markup plus labor. Come on. I will never buy another BMW. Never! More

Customer and Service NOT at Braman Service advisor was noncommunicative. When requested a new advisor on a recent visit, I was given the same advisor, and he was as before, awful. My Service advisor was noncommunicative. When requested a new advisor on a recent visit, I was given the same advisor, and he was as before, awful. My car came back to me dirty, no gas in the tank and the service lights were still on. In an effort to make right, I was promised a 'gift' of full detail on my car. MIght want to update the employee list Braman, as some of the folks on your list are not working for your company. Side note, the Concierge dept - from the people on the phone, to the gentleman that pick up and deliver the car, are terrific- clearly, they get the meaning of customer service More

Horrible buying experience, be very careful here. 9/3/16: I went in with my wife to work out a deal on a CPO 135i. I had serviced my wife's car at Braman and was familiar with the salesperson (Jon E 9/3/16: I went in with my wife to work out a deal on a CPO 135i. I had serviced my wife's car at Braman and was familiar with the salesperson (Jon Ehrlich who no longer there) Issues: 1) According to Braman, the previous owner had a vanity plate. When they removed the plate, they had to respray the front bumper and it appeared sloppily done; 2) The headlamp spacing and front bumper were not aligning properly, almost like the bumper had been damaged and not re-affixed properly. This left a significant and noticeable gap; 3) I inquired about what was done to get this car to CPO standards. I was told the car had new or like new tires (note later this was far from the truth); 4) I noticed a light vibration when lightly braking which seemed to be warped rotors (I found this hard to believe as the car had just passed BMW's "strict CPO requirements!" I wrote on the "we owe" sheet that the deal was "contingent on the vehicle inspection stating car was in same condition as Braman has described or I have the option to cancel the entire contract with all deposits refunded." This was signed by my salesman as managers had went home. Michael Morganstein, the preowned manager was fully aware of its existence. I brought my vehicle to Eurowerks in Deerfield as early as I could get an appointment. Eurowerks expressed concern in two areas: The driver headlamp spacing was excessive; the bumper was not sitting even close to flush with the vehicle. Braman had disclosed the bumper was painted solely because of a vanity plate on the vehicle. If this is the actual truth, and I am skeptical at best of its veracity, the painting was done incredibly poorly. The bumper was painted while on the vehicle and was already peeling in some places. The screws which held the bumper in place were sprayed too which proved the bumper was painted while on the vehicle. The vehicle had numerous areas of over-spray as a result, corroborated by my body shop. Eurowerks could not confirm any hidden damage until the bumper in fact was removed. In addition, the front rotors were warped and the car needed a complete front brake job. Immediately after leaving Eurowerks, I drove the vehicle back to Braman. I showed the Eurowerks paper to Jon and expressed my concerns. He brought over Michael Morganstein who attempted to rectify the situation. I told him how I was very disappointed in the findings of the bumper and was concerned about potential hidden damage behind it. I told him I was going to exercise my option to cancel the contract as the representation that the bumper was painted solely for the vanity plate was not accurate. He expressed that the "we owe" paperwork was not binding because a manager never signed it. After I expressed my desire to cancel the contract, Michael became very defensive. He said he would get everything taken care of and would put me in a loaner car and pay for the Eurowerks invoice. Braman had my vehicle approximately 9 days. The bumper was still off when I picked it up, but they managed to adjust the bumper where it wasn't too bad. I took the vehicle and drove it nearly two weeks. I returned home one evening and noticed that the front bumper had started peeling. I couldn't believe this much damage could happen from what appeared to be a rock hitting my bumper as the point of impact was visible. I brought the vehicle to reputable body shop which corroborated my concern: a rock hit the bumper, but the damage should have ended there. The peeling under the point of impact was a result of the bumper not being painted properly. Braman ended up fixing the bumper but I had to get corporate involved to do so. The new front brake job began scoring soon after I picked the car up and had to be redone. Last week, my tire shop said I needed new rear tires. This is after 9k miles of use on what were supposed to be new/like new tires. I was in today with Rod Ortega, service manager, who put my car on the lift and offered to give an alignment/mount balance if I bought the new rear tires ($500+). I told him what had been explained to me regarding the condition of the tires. He showed me his CPO sheet which said these tires had JUST passed CPO standards at 6mm (5mm would fail and new tires are at approximately 8-9mm). I was never told the tires were anything but new/like new. The tires on this vehicle had approximately 60% tread when I purchased the car on 9/3, not 90%. I gave Rod the opportunity to make it right. I also let him know I would never purchase from Braman again and would be servicing both of my BMW's at Vista in Coconut Creek. Braman service is a nightmare, often making you wait hours on end. Vista is a dream by comparison. I saw on my internal sheet, I am a "difficult customer." I am not a difficult customer when work is done in a professional manner. Braman work is sloppy and unprofessional. Be extremely careful when dealing with Braman. Matthew Rubin March 2017 More

Worst customer treatment I have ever encountered I made an appointment to bring my car in for service as the blower motor stopped working. Waited two days for appt. and showed up at dealership. The h I made an appointment to bring my car in for service as the blower motor stopped working. Waited two days for appt. and showed up at dealership. The headrest motor also did not work and the cup holder was broken, as was the rear window gasket. After a week and a half, I stopped by dealership as my service advisor was now on vacation. I asked at desk for information on my car and after about 10 minutes they pointed me to a SA that was looking into my car. At that point, the fan was fixed, the cupholder was on order, the headrest motor had come in the day before, but was not replaced. The SA went over my list of items to repair, which should have been finished by now, but said he would make sure the tech understood my list?! I leave, a little mad that the car is not fixed, but they have done this to me before, so it is expected. I get a call a couple of days later and am told the rear window needs to be removed and they have to order the gasket. The car has been there 2 weeks at this point and they are still ordering parts?Friday comes, that is 2 1/2 weeks since I dropped off my car, and I just show up at the dealership, walk in and sit at the SA's desk. I demand my car back. He offers to wash it, I say no, just give me back my car. After 1 hour, I drive away in a car that is dirtier than ever, Has boot prints in the back floor carpet, and smells like something died in it. I then realize the back window has been replaced because the window tint is not on it. I bought the car there, had them tint the windows for me, so I don't know why they would give it back to me not tinted. If they had just told me, I would have paid to get it done. Now I had to waste more time to take the car somewhere to get it done. 2 1/2 weeks, plenty of time to fix the car, retint the window and clean the car, get the excess window sealant off the paint, etc. Also, when they replaced the cupholders, they put two deep scratches on the wood finish of the center console. Every time I take the car there, they damage it in some way. Last time, 2 small dents in the hood, before that, door ding in passenger door. This is a 2013 70k 535i M sport, 20k miles garage kept and handicapped parked car, plenty of room away from other cars. They inspect the car every time it goes there, they always say there is not a mark on it. I point out each defect when I pick it up, and they can't see it or it was there before. I leave bad reviews and someone calls, leaves message, and last time I call back 3 times and leave messages, he never calls back. I called BMW of North America and it's the same thing. Nobody cares about the terrible service. My engine light came on today and I don't know where to take it. I still have a year on the factory warranty and have extended warranty and maintenance until 2020 and have no place to take the car. I just read about Vista BMW, 50 miles from me, and they are just as bad according to reviews. Unbelievable. I guess I will go to the Mercedes dealer, they are right down the street from Braman and the reviews look good so far. I can't believe that I have to get rid of a low mileage perfect 5 series because service sucks and BMW NA doesn't care. More

Only thing consistent is inconsistency! I have owned a BMW and purchased two New Mini Coopers through Braman BMW and had all of my cars serviced through their service department. I have been I have owned a BMW and purchased two New Mini Coopers through Braman BMW and had all of my cars serviced through their service department. I have been consistently disappointed with their overal demeanor and lack of respect for their customers. Their service representatives perform all tasks with haste and are very dismissive of customers concerns. Very high turnover in the service department. On Tuesday the 17th I brought my Mini Cooper in for a service. All it required was a tire check and topping off fluids. It took over 5 hours to do this, and to so call "fix" - common complaint with "noise" in the back of the car. I was provided a Mini Loaner and was told My car would be finished later that day. Long story short I returned the loaner and left a shopping bag in the back seat. When I returned home an hour later and realized this, I quickly called my service representative,Lawrence. I then received a call almost 24 hours later, stating that the loaner was never moved from where I left it and the "manager" checked the car and stated nothing was found. I was rushed off of the phone with very little concern for the missing belongings. Not once, was I asked what the bag looked liked of what the contents were inside in the event they showed up. The principle here is to treat your customers with the respect and dignity they deserve as a paying patron. They have a complete lack of respect for their customers. I left a message for the service manager, Rob Ortega, and was never contacted. This is the LAST time I will ever purchase or have a vehicle serviced at Braman. Vista Mini/BMW is the way to go. More

Dealership is not trustworthy - huge disappointment I keep having the same problem with my SUV since I bought it. The dealership keeps it for extended lengths of time and routinely notes in my service I keep having the same problem with my SUV since I bought it. The dealership keeps it for extended lengths of time and routinely notes in my service paperwork that a front end alignment fixed the problem. Since when does a new vehicle need repeated front end alignments? In addition, the dealership performed work on my car that was not identified in the paperwork and even left someone's coffee cup in my car. This has been a horrible experience and extremely disappointing. Don't trust them and if you have to use them, get everything in writing or they will take advantage and conveniently not remember of uphold promises they make. More
