Best Purchasing Experience Ever with Rob Ploof! Until now, I have never enjoyed a vehicle buying experience. Rob met me at the door when and introduced himself. I told him that I wasn't ready to Until now, I have never enjoyed a vehicle buying experience. Rob met me at the door when and introduced himself. I told him that I wasn't ready to purchase anything but needed to weigh my options. He didn't force me to go look at a vehicle or test drive one before he could talk to me. He brought me to his desk and instantly made me feel like a long-time friend. I told him what my needs were and we talked about what would be best for me. Rob spent easily 5 hours with me over the next two days while I test drove vehicles and figured out what I wanted. He helped me find the vehicle that was what he knew I would want and helped me get to a price that met my needs. Since the purchase, Rob has checked in to make sure I am happy with my 4Runner. I love it. I am especially grateful for the incredible customer service that Rob gave to me. Heritage is so fortunate to have Rob and I hope he is there when we are ready for our next vehicle. We worked with Rob over several days during our consideration of several used car options. Rob was aware of our monthly budget and worked with us to lease a new Rav4. Rob was great communicating with us over both phone, text, and email, as well as in person, getting us all of the information that we asked for. Rob is friendly, knowledgeable, professional. He exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to contact him in the future about the car we leased, or about other future car needs, nor would I hesitate to recommend him as a sales professional for others to work with in addressing their car needs. Rob Ploof goes above and beyond! Rob is a wonderful asset to the Heritage team! When Rob heard that my Avalon (which I purchased from another member of the sales team) was overdue Rob is a wonderful asset to the Heritage team! When Rob heard that my Avalon (which I purchased from another member of the sales team) was overdue for service due to my hectic work schedule, he picked my vehicle up at my house, drove it to work for the day so that it could be serviced and returned it to me that evening! Great Sales Rep and Experience! I visited Heritage to inquire about a new Toyota Tacoma. The sales rep I had, Rob Ploof, was very informative and helpful. I appreciated his courtesy I visited Heritage to inquire about a new Toyota Tacoma. The sales rep I had, Rob Ploof, was very informative and helpful. I appreciated his courtesy and friendly advice. He did everything for me he said he would, and more. He came up with a much better deal for me than I had originally inquired about days before at another dealership in NY. I wound up with a new 2014 Tacoma. When I forgot to take the garage door opener from my trade-in truck, Rob was more than willing to track it down for me days later from off site. I was very pleased. I might add that I purchased the extended warranty and environmental package at purchase through Ben Bright as well. Heritage scheduled the enviromental work (paint sealant, interior work, undercoating etc), and that service was prompt, well done, and professional. I was even given a 2014 Rav4 for the day as a free rental. I will certainly recommend Heritage to my friends. If you are looking for a Toyota, go see Rob and the team at Heritage.
