Mini-Van I visited the Ryan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership in search of a Mini-Van and I can't say enough great things about my experience. Upon arrival I I visited the Ryan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership in search of a Mini-Van and I can't say enough great things about my experience. Upon arrival I was directed to work with their mini-van expert, Andy Frechette. Andy, being a parent of a few children, was able to give me the expertise and knowledge that I needed to jump into a used Mini-Van (on top of great tips on how to utilize some of the features). The overall process from end to end was very smooth and my wife and I walked away very happy with our experience. If you are looking for great prices on Mini-Van's, and a great person to sell them to you (Andy Frechette), look no further than Ryan in Buffalo. More

New Jeep Purchase My experience was bittersweet. We were contemplating a new Jeep Wrangler and figured we would start with a local dealer to see if we could work someth My experience was bittersweet. We were contemplating a new Jeep Wrangler and figured we would start with a local dealer to see if we could work something out. We stopped in on a Thursday evening and met a salesperson. He was very nice and we spoke with him about the Blue Polar edition Jeep in the lot. He let us take it for a test drive with our three kids and all was going well. We started to ask a lot of questions about the vehicle and he seemed to have answers. We quickly realized that not all the answers jived and I got the impression that he did actually know the answer in many cases, but rather pretended to know. This was obvious when we asked him specific questions about removing the driver and passenger roof sections, removing the doors, the price discount (told us $4,000, but didn't state that had to be with a trade in) if the side steps came with the Polar package or were a separate option, etc. In each case, he gave us answers that ended up not being accurate. We could understand one inaccuracy, but the numerous errors quickly left us with a lack of trust in his answers. But, we remained optimistic it would improve. We left the initial meeting on Thursday and asked that the salesperson find out if there were other colors in the Polar edition (with similar options) in the area since my wife wasn't keen on the blue. He said he would look on Friday. I emailed and spoke with him to confirm this request on Friday morning and he said he would work on it. I also told him I wanted to know the financing rate and final price with the options we wanted. He took my SSN and said he would get back to me. I also asked that he have the blue, gray, and black Jeeps washed so my wife could stop by and look at them side by side Friday afternoon. I had to call back later in the day on Friday since I hadn't heard from him on any of my requests. He used excuses (personally, I hate excuses) for not having the cars ready or the numbers done, and then told me he wouldn't be in on Saturday. The issues continued into the following week with more and more challenges and we were ready to leave for another dealership (frankly, if it hadn't been a local dealer we would have left a lot sooner). After the lack of response and the errors in communications, I finally had to reach out to Lisa Stifter, who we know through mutual friends. She represented Ryan EXTREMELY well and promised to have our needs addressed. She worked with Rob Ryan who I eventually spoke with. Rob provided vehicle availability (which again was different than what we originally had been told) and we were able to work out a deal. He was very customer focused and addressed our needs and timeliness. Once we worked out a deal, we decided to work with another representative and he assigned Andy. Andy did a GREAT job of working through our needs and getting us into a new car. He knew the answers to the technical questions we had about the car and was very personable. We would definitely recommend Andy. The process was very bumpy and started out terrible, but it ended on a good note and we walked away happy with the purchase. I would love to give all "5"s in the scoring, but I would be lying and misleading you if I did. More

From Sales to Service, they have been great to work with and willing to go out of their way to make my experience positive. Scott Goodmanson (Sales Manager) is friendly and knowledgeable in all areas of the process, and I will recommend everyone I know to visit Ryan Chevrolet and talk to Scott to see what he can do for them toward their next vehicle purchase or lease. They will not be disappointed in the options that area available, and the work Ryan Chevrolet is willing to put toward each person’s purchase or lease. Nothing less than Great!
