Unfortunately, I had to have it towed to Koons Ford. After much negotiation, they granted me a loaner car. At first, they wanted me to rent a car and reimburse me later. Three months later, they tell me my car is ready with a new engine and lowballed the xxxx out of me when I said I would like it to be bought back. I was just then berated by the service manager Mike, because he said I didn’t respect them and the loaner cars that I was given. xxx? This is unbelievable and my family has bought 12 Fords from this particular dealership since 1981. This is how you treat long term customers?? Picking up my piece of xxxx Eco sport with 55,000 miles and a whole new engine onTuesday and will sell it to Carvana for $4000 more than ford offered me. More
