Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Ford had an open recall since 2024 on the car that I had. Instead of fixing it, they let me die on the beltway with no power. Unfortunately, I had to have it towed to Koons Ford. After much negotiation, they granted me a loaner car. At first, they wanted me to rent a car and reimburse me later. Three months later, they tell me my car is ready with a new engine and lowballed the xxxx out of me when I said I would like it to be bought back. I was just then berated by the service manager Mike, because he said I didn’t respect them and the loaner cars that I was given. xxx? This is unbelievable and my family has bought 12 Fords from this particular dealership since 1981. This is how you treat long term customers?? Picking up my piece of xxxx Eco sport with 55,000 miles and a whole new engine onTuesday and will sell it to Carvana for $4000 more than ford offered me. More

I drove all the way from Memphis, TN for a 2022 Ford Explorer xx I found online. Throughout the entire process from when I first found the car to when I picked it up, Hakeem, Alex, Marcello, and Ramon w Explorer xx I found online. Throughout the entire process from when I first found the car to when I picked it up, Hakeem, Alex, Marcello, and Ramon were always there to help with any questions or concerns I had. I picked up the car and while I was driving back home a factory defect took the car out of service. They covered my tow back to the dealership for the repair, the repair itself, and a rental car. Phuc and Russel were in communication about the status of the repair, and helped answer any of my questions and calm my nerves. Genuinely the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I would gladly make the drive again if they had a car I wanted. If you're in the area, I HIGHLY recommend Koons Ford Falls Church. The staff is amazing, helpful, and friendly, and the waiting room coffee is delicious! 5/5 More
