They had 3 tasks to do and they did 1. Told me to come back another time and they would get it done. No follow up from them after I complained to my service advisor. I initially went to Phil Long Kia in Colorado Springs where I had a very poor experience with their sales people and lending department. My car was supposed to arrive on 1/6, no one contacted me to say i where I had a very poor experience with their sales people and lending department. My car was supposed to arrive on 1/6, no one contacted me to say it had been pushed to 1/14. Then it was 1/21 but again I had to call them to get the info. Since I had the time, I reached out to Emich KIA because I noticed they had the same car listed at a lower price. Jude responded right away and we got an initial valuation for my trade-in as well as specs for the car I wanted. From there, the process was super seamless. Even with a short delay in delivery because of the supply shortage, I was communicated with and got my car in a very timely fashion for less than I would have paid otherwise. Thanks also to Rob for making the lending experience super easy. Everyone was nice and it didn't feel weird or "sales-y" at all. Grateful for the transparency, communication and for my new car! More
