Your staff is excellent however who ever is responsible for getting the above pricing financing that individual is out to get all he can get out of New clients. When I was notified by two different financi for getting the above pricing financing that individual is out to get all he can get out of New clients. When I was notified by two different financial institutions that the reason my loan was turned down was because the New Car could not support the collateral needed for the money you were trying to finance that makes me think your salesman rip this customer off and twice while in your lobby while I was getting my car serviced he ignored me twice I will never deal with that agent again and when it comes time to purchase another vehicle from you I will go on down the road if he is still employed by you. I procrastinated getting my oil changed until the very last minute and called yesterday hoping they would be able to fit me in before I leave for my road trip tomorrow. They were able to get me in the nex last minute and called yesterday hoping they would be able to fit me in before I leave for my road trip tomorrow. They were able to get me in the next day (today). When I arrived I was immediately greeted and shown where I could wait while they serviced my car. They let me know it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. I waited in the very clean and convenient waiting area for approximately 50 minutes. It was overall a very pleasant experience, which is oftentimes not something you say after getting your car serviced. I was reminded again that I made the right choice in purchasing my car from Wood Nissan. More
