I recently had my first Service experience at BMW of Orland Park, and it was excellent. I needed to get my daughter's BMW X1 in, and the scheduler was helpful in getting me in the day after Thanksgiving Orland Park, and it was excellent. I needed to get my daughter's BMW X1 in, and the scheduler was helpful in getting me in the day after Thanksgiving. I had the pleasure of working with Robert in the Service area, and he was proactive in helping me consider service options and helped find a BMW offer that saved me a lot of money on that service. The waiting lounge was nice, with an excellent coffee machine, and the X1 was completed in the time promised. Great experience all around! More

Terrible communication. Went without my car for 10 days….just had brake fluid changed and also diagnosed an issue. Service department was swamped.
