He brought with him, and left with me a complete breakdown of the cost to me of either buying or leasing a Corolla. Once I decided on a Corolla he came, picked me up and brought me to the dealership to pick out my car and sign the paper work for a lease. There was absolutely no pressure by him or his manager to buy any of the offered "upgrades" or "protections", though I did decide to buy "Gap" insurance. There is no way I could have gotten any better service. More

Time for a new car It was time to trade in my 2003 Honda Accord and I had read several glowing reviews of the 2015 Toyota automobiles in Motor Trend, Car and Driver and It was time to trade in my 2003 Honda Accord and I had read several glowing reviews of the 2015 Toyota automobiles in Motor Trend, Car and Driver and Consumer Reports. My sister and I went to R & H Toyota Scion to look around and from past experience salesmen hardly ever approach women shoppers in a car showroom. A few seconds after entering R & H, Rob Steiner came up to us and asked if he could be of service. We looked at the Camry and decided it was too big and opted to look at the Corolla which I liked very much. After this visit, I must have stopped back 3 or 4 more times and called Rob a few times with questions and on every occasion he was courteous, informative, and friendly. My husband and I did end up purchasing a new 2015 Corolla Sport Premium from Rob at a very fair price with excellent financing (0.9% interest) and had an excellent experience all around. I would definitely recommend R&H Toyota Scion without reservation. More

We went back because we had such a wonderful experience the first time with Rob Steiner that we thought we'd try our luck again. He worked with us to find the cars that we wanted for the price we wanted. We were able to lease a 2014 and a 2015 vehicle for less than what our current payments were on our current cars. VERY pleased with every aspect of their customer service from both the sales and service departments. We have been taking cars to their service department since we moved to Pikesville more than 5 years ago. I can't say enough about this dealership and service department! More
