I had a major problem with a brand New CX-5 and it was fixed super efficiently. They couldn’t have been any more nicer or knowledgeable. The service manager apologized for the inconvenience and even offer fixed super efficiently. They couldn’t have been any more nicer or knowledgeable. Friendly and communicative staff, expedient service compared to other dealership services I’ve used in the past. Video inspections are an excellent addition.
