Amazing, no-stress customer service! I was amazed by my experience with this dealership. I had a very stressful situation when my 2 year old car’s transmission fell apart (not a Mercedes) I was amazed by my experience with this dealership. I had a very stressful situation when my 2 year old car’s transmission fell apart (not a Mercedes). It wasn’t under warranty and the car manufacturer took over a week to fix it, leaving me without transportation and I drive for my job A LOT. I contacted several dealerships over several days and negotiated with them for hours, but I wasn’t happy with the deals I was being offered or the cars I was looking at. I contacted Crown Eurocars because I wanted a GLA 250 for several years, although I thought it was a long shot due to the negative equity in my car and my credit situation. They worked with me by email and when I went in, I was only at the dealership for 30 minutes before they offered me a deal I was very happy with on the exact car I wanted. The salespeople were not high pressure like many other dealerships I had been to that week. They offered me an amazing financing rate through Mercedes financing. When I went back to pick up the car, all the paperwork was ready and the finance manager had obtained a financing rate that was half the rate I was originally expecting. I have purchased many new cars in the past, and never had such a stress-free car shopping experience. I am very happy with the vehicle, and the customer service I received through the entire process. I will be a life long customer, and expect to buy many cars in the future from this dealership! I have already started referring all my friends also! Mercedes makes a great product, and their customer service is the best I have experienced anywhere! More

From the moment I walked in to the time I left, they were all about me and my needs. Salesman Igor and Saied teamed up together to help me find the car car for me. Eric, sales manager, also assisted with the purchase and answered all of my questions and concerns. There was no pressure to purchase.
