DO NOT BUY FROM FRED MARTIN SUPERSTORE. I WENT TO GET A NEW VEHICLE AND WAS SOLD A DAMAGED VEHICLE. THE WINDSHIELD LEAKS. I CALLED TO RETURN IT AND WAS TOLD I COULDN’T. I SIGNED A FORM S I WENT TO GET A NEW VEHICLE AND WAS SOLD A DAMAGED VEHICLE. THE WINDSHIELD LEAKS. I CALLED TO RETURN IT AND WAS TOLD I COULDN’T. I SIGNED A FORM SAYING I HAD FIVE DAYS TO RETURN VEHICLE. I WENT OVER EVERY FORM I SINGED BEFORE I SIGNED IT. THE FINANCIAL REP THREW THE FORM AWAY STARTING IT WAS A DUPLICATE. NOT KNOW IT WAS THE RETURN POLICY FORM. What’s really messed up its I was a return customer. The vehicle I traded I got from them. THEY’RE ALL SNAKES IN THE GRASS. FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE FINANCIAL REP TO THE SALES MANAGER. More

Never heard of this dealership before I started searching for a specific Jeep and this was the closest one with it. I checked out their website and read their reviews. Robert Zabel stuck out to me and I for a specific Jeep and this was the closest one with it. I checked out their website and read their reviews. Robert Zabel stuck out to me and I contacted him. He was quick to answer some questions that some other dealers have avoided when asked. He was friendly, patient and not high pressure. (But maybe that is his formula for success) I communicated with him in several different ways and finally closed the deal in person. It was like visiting a new old friend. I'd like to give a shout out to Amber also. But I don't see her name listed. A pleasure to deal with. Note-Because I am over three hours away I did not rate the service department's importance. More
