He took the time to stop what he was doing and look up information from my Jeep sale over 2 years ago. He called me back within minutes once he found it. Without him doing this I would have needed to reschedule my appointment/service. We talked on the phone 4 times that day and each time he was extremely kind, helpful and read everything back to me.
