My 22nd car purchase from Jim Ellis I bought my 1st VW from Jim Ellis VW in 1986. Since then I have bought from his Porsche dealership as well as quite a few purchases from the Volkswag I bought my 1st VW from Jim Ellis VW in 1986. Since then I have bought from his Porsche dealership as well as quite a few purchases from the Volkswagen dealerships. Every time I show up there, they treat me as if I am their only customer. Of course I know that’s not the case but it’s the feeling they leave me with. I’m sure that I get a fair deal financially but that’s not the reason that I return to Jim Ellis VW . I return to Jim Ellis VW because of the culture they’ve built inside of their organization. It is centered around respect and care for their employees which allows them to always place the customer experience first. I feel that. That’s why I return to Jim Ellis Volkswagen Atlanta. From the Car sales man Millo Antola, who treated me like a daughter giving me all the advice I needed for the car that I came in to look at . Millo was very sincere and did not preasure me in my decision on purchasing the car the same day. I didn't purchase the car that day I left and thought about it and returned on a monday .I then had a chance to Meet Robby Boleman the sale manager who was very accommodating on my requests and needs and together with Lance Jeter the finance manager were able to make this deal happen . Needless to say I am very pleased and happy with these gentlemen. They have made my car buying experience a joy. More
