Last minute trip to Cincinnati from Tennessee Just pulled in for service and was given a car to drive to Dr. appointment so I wouldnt be late. Vehicle was ready when I returned new tires and all serv pulled in for service and was given a car to drive to Dr. appointment so I wouldnt be late. Have been buying Dodge minivans for my wife and Jeeps for myself here for years and have always had good experiences with their courteous and knowledgeable salesmen. I would never think of taking my cars myself here for years and have always had good experiences with their courteous and knowledgeable salesmen. I would never think of taking my cars to anyone else but Jake Sweeney for service and maintenance or repairs - their service department is is excellent and efficient - they get you in and out the door like they value your time as well as theirs. Have never had any issues or problems with their work. More

Let me say I do NOT like having my car serviced.I usually am in early after working all night.I always deal with Rob Mardis because over the years(i bought my DART new in 2014) i have developed a trust (whic am in early after working all night.I always deal with Rob Mardis because over the years(i bought my DART new in 2014) i have developed a trust (which i usually never do) with his professional judgment on my car.He tells me what I need, what i don't need,gets me in,gets me out and doesn't bs me.He has earned my trust.The cashier in the service department (her name escapes me) has always been nice,professional,and sincere.They have a THANKLESS job of taking my hard earned money to pay pay for something that i don't like in the first place but i have to have. They never even bothered to look at my Jeep I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and dropped my Jeep off at that time, being told that they would call me when they had a diagnosis for t I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and dropped my Jeep off at that time, being told that they would call me when they had a diagnosis for the problem. The work order had a "promised" time of 11:30 that same morning. No call Monday; no word Tuesday until I called them before closing time - only to find out that they hadn't even looked at my vehicle yet. They said they hoped to get to it Wednesday. No luck and no explanation Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. I picked my Jeep back up from them on Saturday - still hadn't even looked at it. No explanation was given, and they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I declined. I emailed the service manager about the experience; no response. I made an appointment at Jeff Wyler Jeep in Eastgate for Tuesday of the next week; they diagnosed the problem within half an hour, and I was driving home with a repaired vehicle before lunch. What a difference between service centers! More
