Positive experience all through. Energetic, friendly, and knowledgable service. Robby was my service rep. Explained recommended repairs and costs. Part needed to be ordered. Again, Robby respects my time and comfort, gets me a loaner vehicle. Next morning, Robby calls with a cheerful, "Your car is ready." I feel confident as I plan to head out for Thanksgiving. Sharp Honda Service takes good care of my Honda Civic, which most often just needs standard oil changes. I could watch my car in the garage from the customer lounge. I have been impressed with the Sharp Honda experience for many years, and my feeling from this week's service visit is that I got outstanding customer attention and timely, needed, repairs. It was a seamless, positive experience. More

Best customer service Honda has the best customer service and the quality of the product the CR-V are so easy to drive the maintenance program for my car is the best always Honda has the best customer service and the quality of the product the CR-V are so easy to drive the maintenance program for my car is the best always take the time for you always asking me if I have any questions Maintenance don't make you wait Like other places that doesn't care about you or needs. Other places all they want is your money. This is my second car. The first time 2011 I payed off.. my husband wanted to try Nissan our biggest mistake service below 0 . I will never go back to Nissan . I told them I will never recommend you Nissan to my friends or Family. Honda feels like family keep the good job More

Robby went above and beyond to help me with a recall issue with my Accord. We also did some preventative maintenance so I’m a very happy Honda owner. With the excellent service they provided me I decided to return to Sharp Honda when searching for a car for my daughter. All the staff were pleasant not pushy and worked with us to ensure we were getting what we wanted. Thank you Robby, Ryan, Bill, Jim and Troy! More

Fantastic Service Department I arrived at the service department with my 2012 Odyssey. Robby approached me almost immediately and asked if he could help me. His manner was not onl I arrived at the service department with my 2012 Odyssey. Robby approached me almost immediately and asked if he could help me. His manner was not only professional but he had a very positive state of mind. I explained the problem with the Odyssey. He seemed to know what the problem was since I already had the diagnosis code. We made an appointment to drop of my van for a few days to have some major work done. Sharp Honda provided me with a very nice loaner care. Most of my repair was covered by Hondas warranty. There was a couple things like timing belt that needed to be done and since they had the motor apart. Sharp charged me a discount rate. This is rare for the automotive industry. A couple other items like the water pump needed replaced and Robbie called my warranty company as received approval to do the required work. Robby checked to see if the van had any recalls. I think it had two which was taken care of as well. Immediately after the van was returned to me. I went to there used car lot looking at vehicles. Mainly because of the service I received. We will be purchasing two vehicles in the future and Sharp Honda will have the first shot at earning our business. Thanks Robby and Sharp Honda. Danny Unrein More
