I had an absolutely seamless experience buying my first car. Steve Quinn was the ideal salesman (aka: anti-salesman). Any hiccups that came along were handled swiftly and might as well as not have happened at all with how easily everything went. I cannot thank the New Motors team enough for making my first car buying experience as quick and stress free as it was. I have purchased 4 New and 3 used cars from them in the past. My wife and I recently split up and she and I were on the titles for each others car. My wife approached them to see if they could help us with past. My wife and I recently split up and she and I were on the titles for each others car. My wife approached them to see if they could help us with signing off each others vehicle. They contacted me so I went up and brought my title and her spare keys and signed off her title which she had left there. The next day she went up to sign off mine, they gave her the spare keys and she asked about the valet key and said it was missing. There is no valet key with a push start vehicle, and they explained this to her. She took her title and walked away without signing off my title. She then went next door to the BMW showroom and traded her car in for a new BMW. I was going to take my car and trade it it on a new one I had ordered. Since I couldn't trade it in I lost the $1000 I would of had in tax savings, and now I have to sit on the car until I make her sign off which will cost me $500 in court costs per my lawyer. I complained to the management at New Motors, and followed up with a call asking for some compensation. It has been 4 weeks and all I hear is crickets. More

I am very pleased with my recent experience with purchasing my BMW Z4 Roadster. My sales consultant, Rob Quinn was very helpful. And the experience was actually pleasant. He has even offered to deli purchasing my BMW Z4 Roadster. My sales consultant, Rob Quinn was very helpful. And the experience was actually pleasant. Before I left with my car the sales manager came out and mentioned that a technician had inadvertently slightly marred the screen covering the speedometer display in the upper left hand corner (about 1/4” in diameter) that I probably wouldn’t have noticed for a while and then they promptly fixed it. Who does that? More
