We went to 3 other BMW dealers in the Pittsburgh/Johnstown area before we happened to find New Motors while on a trip near Erie. The other dealer salesmen talked to us like we were bothering them and when asked any questions the response was as if we should already know that, when in reality they did not know the answer to the question about the car ie they were caught in their ineptness . Robby Quinn, at new motors was very polite and knowledgeable, and spent time making sure that we knew what we needed to know to make a good decision about a vehicle purchase. He kept us informed during the ordering process and we would highly recommend this dealership and especially Robert Quinn when buying a new car.
