We had a great experience at Max Ford of Harrisonville. We called about a vehicle that we saw on their website and was completely surprised to hear that it was actually on the lot. Robert was professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, He immediately gained our trust and it was obvious that he was working with and for us. He answered all of our questions and was eager to make sure we made a good deal. We had arrived late and he stayed with us until everything was completed and he was sure that we knew everything we needed to before we left the lot. He was great and we would definitely recommend him and the dealership to others who are looking to buy a car. More
