I loved how you are treated like family! I will tell everyone we know to go there. We were part of probably the growing number of people who were upside down on our loan. When the license plates were put on my vehicle, they were put on crooked. The holes are not even side by side. The back door was uneven. It was taken to the body shop to be repaired. When the body shop made the doors even they scratched all the paint off of the screws. I had to come back to the dealership where they were nice enough to give me matching paint. I am still waiting for the clear coat. The night I came in to the dealership I already had financing. They gave me a reduced price with all my rebates. When I came in the next day Mark Hester wanted to remove $500.00 because I had my own financing and it did not come from the dealership. I told him yesterday's price stands or I walk away.
