Robert Brown dealt with him in such a professional way, he calmed him down and we actually bought a car. I was so impressed with him. Then Raul had to do the financing. He went through xxxx with my husband (I had to leave the room). We had lost a car at another dealership due to my husbands actions. Theses two men were a life saver!!
