I had visited dealerships all across the Austin metro area - actually walked out of one because of the way I was treated - had my questions brushed aside like they didn't matter, and was basically treated like I was an idiot after questioning what all the extra "packages" and "costs" that were being added were for (and being told they were mandatory). It was a truly horrible experience - UNTIL I walked into Riata Ford. The difference in attitude and customer service was palpable. I cannot say enough great things about my sales consultant, Henry Smith! Henry is so kind, upbeat and respectful.
