Very dis pleased with the sales process. His 1st offer was MSRP minus $500.00 for financing. He only gave us the Advertised discount ( about another $1600.00) when we showed him the web site His 1st offer was MSRP minus $500.00 for financing. He did not seem to have a good knowledge about the Santa Cruz models. In the day and age, those type of tactics are not necessary. Sales and profit seemed to be the montra of that dealership. Not a great customer experience. The finance person asked us why some dealerships lack trust from customers. This is why!! More
