Sales, service, management, customer support - amazing…I bought a used car (Robert Chipman) was so very helpful and his Manager Mike throughout the whole process, paperwork, etc. Then I realized that there bought a used car (Robert Chipman) was so very helpful and his Manager Mike throughout the whole process, paperwork, etc. Then I realized that there was a funny noise in the car when I accelerated at a certain speed, so I brought it back as there was a 30-day warranty, they drove it, and they couldn’t figure it out but were determined to. However, I live two hours away, so Collin I. service was so good to me. He ended up giving me a loaner and sent me in my way, while they worked on it. Not only that, I was concerned I would miss work again and have to go back. Nope! Collin said he would bring the car back to me when it’s ready and swap out cars. Literally, this place is amazing and I feel like there my buddy’s now - looking out for me. So professional and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend them. More

We’ve been coming to this dealership for our Nissan leases since 2008. Josh has always been amazing to work with and really simplifies the process! He truly cares, is very responsive and really just honest/transparent. He lets you know if it’s the right time for your situation, or maybe to hold out if you can for a better deal. He makes it easy to fully understand the process and feel confident that you are receiving the best offer. The entire staff (and the overall vibe) is just friendly and chill. Everyone is just genuinely nice and not pushy in the least, and that’s a reflection of Josh’s leadership and approach. You always feel like the staff are trying to help you VS sell to you.
