It could not have been more pleasant and efficient. Marcos is a wonderful service tech - patient, courteous, articulate, etc. - he anticipates my every request and resolves any issues I have regarding this new car. Don't take this the wrong way but .........Marcos Gonzalez and your service department is a better experience than the car itself(!). More
