First-time service for my GLA-250 This was my first service for my GLA-250 - my service tech, Marcos Gonzalez, arranged for me to wait for the car and it took less than an hour and a h This was my first service for my GLA-250 - my service tech, Marcos Gonzalez, arranged for me to wait for the car and it took less than an hour and a half including the service, addressing two small dings, washing and vacuuming the car. It could not have been more pleasant and efficient. Marcos is a wonderful service tech - patient, courteous, articulate, etc. - he anticipates my every request and resolves any issues I have regarding this new car. Don't take this the wrong way but .........Marcos Gonzalez and your service department is a better experience than the car itself(!). More

Great experience I came in thinking I was only going to be test driving a car. Little did I know that I was going to fall in love with a car right away. Consistently Excellent!! We have been leasing our Mercedes from this dealership for more years than I can remember. The reason we would go nowhere else is because when we walk into Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, we feel at home. We are greeted immediately. Angel Rabassa and Robert Corso feel like friends. We know they will do their best for us and have proven it many times. We can trust them. That's a great feeling. Rosie our service provider is so pleasant and efficient. Never a distress in service. And the cookies and coffee are too good. Very welcoming and very fattening :) More
