Everyone we have come in contact with this past week were amazing, courteous, and true professionals. The dealership is pristine and you can practically eat off of the floor. We purchased a C250 couple years back in 2012 and were very pleased not only the car but w the service at this location. Last week were went back just to take a look and ended up trading up for another model. Our rep was Carmen Arrazola and she was incredible!!! Very knowledgeable of her product , kind, honest, and extremely efficient . We also had the pleasure of meeting Herminio Perez which is the sales manager of the Dept . They both made us feel at home and made the “dreaded” car purchasing experience a real pleasure. Henry Diaz in financing department was very helpful & efficient and actually pretty funny lol. Robert Damas in the service department was happy and gracious enough to help us with a few things even though it was late and past closing time. Vernon Chang also in the service department and the girls in the loaner department Maritza and Terri have great follow thru and very kind and service oriented. All being said Thank you Mercedes Benz of Cutler bay for an amazing experience. No doubt we will be back when looking for the next one . More
