Sadly that does not happen at your service department. I've purchased 3 Mercedes Benz up until now and every time I have been at your service department I've left very upset and disappointed. At the beginning I thought that maybe I just met that one person at a bad day and gave it several other tries but there was no improvement from anybody. They have acted rudely, disrespectfully, and very patronizing. Honestly it's very sad that a respected company such as Mercedes Benz counts on your service department to keep their customers happy and coming back. Here are some tips. never judge by the appearances, you might be surprised; if you say to a costumer that you'll return his call or notify when the car is ready, please DO so; never act like you are better than your costumers and that you'll always have that job regardless of how you treat them; please apologize when you make a mistake, it's only fair; always remember your costumers are spending a ton of money to get what they deserve; and please, please, please, we don't care about your feud with the Coral Gables dealer, it's not ethic that we see or hear how you worry more about passing the ball to one another instead of trying to get our issues solved, after all, you all respond to Mercedes Benz. I really hope you improve when it comes to customer service for the sake of MB's good name and reputation, regardless I'm not going back to your dealer even if you were the last MB dealer on earth. I hope Coral Gables knows how to treat their customers right. More

The dealership is really clean & bright, all employees are very helpful. The service department is spotless. Living in Key West makes this dealership perfect for me. My concern it that since employees are very helpful. The service department is spotless. Living in Key West makes this dealership perfect for me. My concern it that since Smart was forced on to the Mercedes dealer, I'm not real sure that their techs are up to speed on the Smart car. I love my car because of its size, it's perfect for Key West. But I hate my car because of the service issues that I have had. I won't go into the details but it has been a service nightmare. I realize that Smart is the Red Headed step child of Mercedes but I would have thought they would have done a better job of mechanical design. Excellent service! Robert kept me in the loop 100% of the time. Addfitionally, when you get a loner car (as I did), it cuts the anxiety of being without transportation while waiting for your car. I can't say enough about Carlos Fernandez and Robert Damas. The are fantastic. They are aware of the needs of the customer and will go out of their way to accommodate. We have been working with MB of Cutler Bay since they opened. First they provided superb service of our 2000 E430 which had been purchased in Virginia. We later purchased a new 2010 E350 sedan from the opened. First they provided superb service of our 2000 E430 which had been purchased in Virginia. We later purchased a new 2010 E350 sedan from them. The price was very good and there were no hidden additional contract costs. They have always serviced both vehicles very quickly and the cars are always completely cleaned when we pick them up. The waiting area is excellent for short waits and includes gourmet coffee and beverages. If it is longer, they promptly drive us home and come pick us up when the service is completed. Even their drivers are fully professional. The entire facility is exceptionally clean. I went into the service bay to look at a wheel once and did not even see oil on the immaculate floors. The service technicians were all in clean uniforms and were well groomed and very courteous. We have had two service advisers, Frank and Robert, and both of them could not be nicer to work with. Recently they replaced a faulty battery under warranty for free even though they could have chosen to charge me. That says a lot to me about their concern for customer satisfaction. In 2020 we will be back to purchase our next new "E" from them! More

I was very impressed with the sales staff at MB of Cutler Bay. Fernando, Jairo, Augie and Kevin all went above and beyond to get the deal done. The entire process was very smooth, I never felt pushed into the buy. Truth is I decided to give MB a second chance, after deciding to go with a BMW and boy am I glad I did. Definitely a first class experience and a pleasure doing business. Amazing everything and I highly recommend this dealership. I will note, that I found something minor on the new car, however Augie set me up with the service department to have it taken care of immediately. Mr. Damas in the service department was excellent to work with. Nothing but high marks for this dealership. More
