I came across Hoffman and was impressed from the first call. Hoffman had the S5 prestige sportback I was hunting down. All questions were answered via email and phone in timely fashion and honest answers were given. After making the 2 hour drive to Hoffman, I was taken very well care of and the honesty of cost and need continued with the business manager- he didn't try to sell me everything as he knew some products were not geared towards me. I appreciate honesty in this difficult business. Not only did Hoffman make leasing a car a rather pleasant experience, they went above and beyond to impress this previous BMW owner. When you spend many days researching, it is f I appreciated the fact that Raquel was actually more knowledgable than I about the different Audi cars. When you spend many days researching, it is frustrating if the sales staff knows less about the car and its competitors then the buyer. At BMW and Mercedes, it was my experience that they just made stuff up of what the buyer wanted to hear. Raquel gave us enough space to explore what was important to us but also kept us focused on making up our mind. In the end, the choice was between a Porsche Macan or an Audi A5 (Sportback). While I love the Audi, ultimately choosing the vehicle was certainly influenced by Raquel's professionalism. Audi's slogan "Practically Seductive" for the Sportback hits the nail on the head because it offers a lot of flexibility and room in a sexy package. Besides Raquel, Bob and Robert have been very professional and friendly as well. They made us feel like we are part of a family. Thank you, Jens More

This was our first time at Hoffman Audi of New London still we were immediately and warmly welcomed by Chris Zaino. Chris is one of the finest individuals we have dealt with in our combined 40 years 9 auto purchase history. Being both knowledgeable and proficient, he quickly gave us a climate controlled space to examine the Q5 in which we were interested. Chris was genuine and attentive ensuring all our questions answered. We were given the opportunity to take the Q5 home for the weekend allowing us time to thoroughly consider. Not only was the Audi Q5 superior and fairly priced from the beginning but the staff at Hoffman of New London far surpassed in excellence any we had experienced thus far.
