When I first entered the dealership, I was greeted by a professional and energetic salesman by the name of Peter DeVylder. Dealing with people in business and career environments for decades, I accurately formulated my first impression of Peter as a very loyal and dedicated employee who has a sincere interest in thoroughly satisfying his customers and building his company’s reputation. It was very easy to work with Peter during my visits to the dealership; he is extremely efficient and thorough in his business administration; and his impressive knowledge of intricate automobile systems and computer interfaces sets a high standard for all to emulate. I was pleasantly surprised that the dealership even let me take a vehicle of interest for a test drive over an entire weekend; this allowed me ample time to get comfortable with it, and as a result my confidence in the vehicle and the dealership continued to grow. I received a fair price for the vehicle; and I am grateful that it was easy to come to an agreement and process all the related paperwork. When we closed the deal, I was impressed that Peter requested to have the car at the dealership for several days before I picked it up, for final prepping and detailing to ensure it met Hoffman’s product quality standards; the car was immaculate when I drove it off the lot. Peter even got in the car with me on the final day and tirelessly ensured that I was aware of all its many operational features, and called me several days later to see how I was doing. Hoffman Audi is fortunate to have a young employee like Peter with his loyalty and work ethic; I believe he is a rising star in the organization. Once we agreed on a price, she took care of everything and ensured an easy process when I arrived. When I got to the dealership, Raquel had everything set up, including my out of state registration transfer, my loan documents, and my detailed Audi. After a short meeting with Robert, the business manager, Raquel ran me through the "car how-to" and I was driving away with my new car.
