Easy process from start to finish Working with Robert on buying a BMW was a very easy process. There was no pressure to buy. I found him to be very knowledgeable as he walked me through all the features of the car. He and Leo even dropped the car off at my house as opposed to me finding a way to get to the dealership on my own when the car was ready. All around a great experience. More
