Exceptional car buying experience! I have had my new BMW convertible for only 3 days, and I LOVE IT! I have been searching online for a car that matches my personality (Colorful and un I have had my new BMW convertible for only 3 days, and I LOVE IT! I have been searching online for a car that matches my personality (Colorful and unique), and couldn’t find the right fit until I went in to BMW of Barrington and talked with Robert Dunfrund. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He really listened to what I was looking for in a car and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. After driving a different color of the car I wanted, and loving the drive, I asked him how long it would take if I ordered the color I really wanted. Here’s where the craziness starts... As I was asking him that very question, he got a text from one of his associates saying they just received “MY CAR” in their new shipment that day!!! It was literally being driven off the truck as I was sitting there! It’s like Robert pulled a rabbit out of a hat! The staff was so friendly as well, and we even had a lot of laughs while writing a check for a substantial amount of $$$! Overall, the dealership was professional, well stocked with hundreds ( If not thousands) of cars, and the staff makes the buying experience fun! Thank you all very much! More

NEVER TOO OLD TO LEARN I'm 61 yrs old and I am now driving a new car for only the 3rd time in my life. Not because I don;t like new, luxury cars, it's more but because I ne I'm 61 yrs old and I am now driving a new car for only the 3rd time in my life. Not because I don;t like new, luxury cars, it's more but because I never cared for the "dealership experience;" Car buying has changed, I did most of the leg work on-line (something new for me). I found the model i ws interested in. I recieved a quote over email from Michea,l BMW Sales Mgr and set up a test drive. The BMW fit great during the drive and Robert Dunford, Client Advisor ,answered all my questions and explained everything. I never once felt pressured and actually look forward to taking my BMW in for routine service!, Thanks Everyone and I highly Recommend, Joe Nitch More
