I have been shopping for a 2018 RC 300 For a while and came across the one at your dealership is was 6500 more than the other ones from CarMax, shift and carvana. It was a present for my wife so I wanted came across the one at your dealership is was 6500 more than the other ones from CarMax, shift and carvana. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them. I bought a car haggle and hassle free over the phone and when I arrived at the store everything went smoothly. Our family purchased a vehicle a few months ago from my experience I can say Robert is only interested in $$$$ he had to come in on his day off not wanting to go over the car with us even told us he wasn’t experience I can say Robert is only interested in $$$$ he had to come in on his day off not wanting to go over the car with us even told us he wasn’t! When we spoke to him & Ron finance manager detailed regarding our preference of mail we were ignored & they never disclosed that they use a third party for DMV License Plates & registration AVRS have yet to mail out our plates which our temporary are due to expire!! We paid doc fees to Lexus & AVRS to only have to go threw DVM by phone trying to correct their errors! Later on Robert claimed we never mentioned that we wanted our mailing address go to Post Office which was untrue! This shows how fast they want to dismiss your complaints & concerns after making a sale it was an expensive sale! I can say I swill not return here!! Buyers beware! More

I met Mr. Escobosa on a late Saturday afternoon/eve. It looked liked his work day was completed; he was on his way out. He greeted me and welcomed me to Lexus. Although Lexus didn’t have the specific vehic looked liked his work day was completed; he was on his way out. He greeted me and welcomed me to Lexus.
