My advisor Tracy was absolutely wonderful but overall i am not happy with the service provided. With my vehicle under warranty, it should not take me three visits in under a month to get a problem sorted o am not happy with the service provided. With my vehicle under warranty, it should not take me three visits in under a month to get a problem sorted out. Rather than replacing my battery, they opted to charge it or focus on other components since it did not fail the battery test. Taking time off work to get to the dealer is not easy during the holidays but not having my car start is also not an option. More
