From initial inquiry everything went by fast an smooth. I submit credit application, drivers license and insurance card while on the way to the dealership. They sold us a car that wouldn’t even start from the first week we brought it home. Then told us, “good thing we bought the warranty. We have brought it to the shop multiple times trying to fix everything from the stereo, the starter and it’s been nothing but problems but thankfully we got the warranty on a 2019 car. We received a letter in the mail notifying us that we were the registered owners and that they never transferred ownership over (which means I’m basically driving around a car with my three babies that could get impounded). I have had nothing but a bad experience and they have been absolutely no help at all. I would recommend you run FAR FAR away from this dealership. More
