THE SIDE WINDOWS ARE SECURE, DO NO VIBRATE, AND MAKE FOR AFTER OWNING A 2005 ESCAPE, I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE 2018 ESCAPE. THE SIDE WINDOWS ARE SECURE, DO NO VIBRATE, AND MAKE FOR A QUIET INTERIOR. THE ROAD NOISE HAS BEEN REDUCED DRAMATICALLY. THE TINNY SOUND OF THE DOORS CLOSING IS NONEXISTENT. THE DESIGN IS EXCEPTIONAL. HOWEVER, HAVING HAD OIL LEAK PROBLEMS WITH TWO PREVIOUS FORDS (THE ESCAPE AND EXPLORER) , I AM HOPING THAT THE SEALS IN THE ENGINE HAVE ALSO IMPROVED AND ARE MUCH MORE DURABLE. AS YOU ARE AWARE SUCH REPAIRS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. More

Easy to purchase a car at this dealer I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and when it came in the Jeep dealer could not put the sidesteps on the vehicle. Never told me that until I was leaving I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and when it came in the Jeep dealer could not put the sidesteps on the vehicle. Never told me that until I was leaving to pick up the car. I decided to look into other cars. Test drove a 2017 leftover Explorer and loved it. The Platinum model. Looked online and found a 2018 Explorer at Larson which was fully loaded with everything I wanted. Sidesteps, roof rack, mud flaps, cargo liner you name it they added everything on the car which is a Platinum and has everything already. Bucket back seats with console. I am from Bergen County and worked with Tim Pellicano over the phone to do all the paperwork. Picked up the car and met Robert Barranger who was one of the nicest guys and extremely helpful. Jaz Foster stepped me through all the options on the car which are many she knows this car inside and out. Tracy in finance made the paperwork painless and quick. I am glad I found this dealership and it was worth the trip to Lakewood to deal with such nice helpful and easygoing sales professionals. I would recommend anyone from North Jersey to work with this team. Very happy and love the Explorer Platinum so much more then the Jeep.
