Great experience buying another Ford Explorer. We pulled up in our 2003 explorer. We were greeted by very polite and pleasant gentlemen. Bobby Barranger was our salesman. He was so very accommodati We pulled up in our 2003 explorer. We were greeted by very polite and pleasant gentlemen. Bobby Barranger was our salesman. He was so very accommodating. My husband was concerned about his new explorer fitting in the garage. Bobby helped him measure the car. He stayed with us and explained every process to our new journey of leasing for the first time. He was busy yet attentive at the same time. He offered us a beverage while giving a complete explanation of every detail. Bobby answered our questions with total knowledge and confidence. After financing with Big John, who was also so very nice, he too had explained everything. He was a Teddy Bear. Before we left Bobby showed us everything in and about our new Ford Explorer. Pleasant Experience! This was my first time buying a car. After looking at a few dealerships I knew exactly what type of car I wanted. Most dealers told me that it would b This was my first time buying a car. After looking at a few dealerships I knew exactly what type of car I wanted. Most dealers told me that it would be impossible for my price range. But then I looked online at Larson Ford and found exactly the car I wanted with all the amenities I wanted in my price range! Their website was very useful and very accurate. When i came to the dealership my father and Bobby were already looking at the car I wanted. Bobby was very nice and very helpful. I walked off the lot that day, with my new (used) car. Bobby was very insightful, accommodating, and very willing to help me out with everything pertaining to my new(used) car. I brought my car home and unfortunately the check service engine light came on and my tail light was out. But I called Bobby and he helped get me an appointment with the service center that worked for me and my family and they fixed my car free of charge. Also Donna was very helpful in coming up with a warranty plan for me. She truly had my best interest in mind. Very pleasant experience with Larson Ford. Everyone was very nice, very helpful and very accommodating. More
