"Great service. Honest dealership. Thought I had a bad AGM..."
- GGreat service. Honest dealership. Thought I had a bad AGM battery but I didn't. Only charged half price for full diagnostic because they didn't have to fix anything. It took close to 2hrs but I didn't have an appointment and they fully checked my car including tires. It was well worth the wait. Robert Farr took time to explain everything. He was patient and friendly. Thank you Toyota for again giving me peace of mind.

- EstherI like you guys, you been good the inly thing is that your prices from one year and a half ago that i purchase tires, is more then double, so i had to look somewhere else, other that, your service is good and and the service gentleman that I prefer to work with is Robert Farr, and he is a very nice person to deal with, he tells it how it is in a very nice and polite was, he makes me feel comfortable with his knowledge. - Kirsdale11I experienced Horrible customer service. I was not clearly explained anything and then I was treated poorly when I mentioned a second opinion. I waited around for a long time to talk to service manager. I was then told “I failed my job” when I complained about the service and lack of information I was given about my car and instead of explaining, I was told “come in and trade my car” when it has essentially no value. The notes from my previous visit were not in the system and had to wait yet again for the Svc manager to obtain them. I said I was going to take my service somewhere else and he came back with those missing notes now implemented into their system with a comprehensive report done by the manager who was not there the day I came in, in august. I was there waiting around for roughly 2 hours after my car had been “done”
