Our experience with Bob and Brian at Prestige Mini was nothing but impressive. Bob, our sales representative took time to demonstrate all the vehicle's capabilities and answer all my questions during the nothing but impressive. Bob, our sales representative took time to demonstrate all the vehicle's capabilities and answer all my questions during the research phase of our purchase. When we decided to proceed with ordering our MINI Countryman he helped us wade through the seemingly endless options in order to ensure we were ordering the perfect car for us. He was extremely detail oriented and demonstrated excellent communication skills at all times. Throughout the entire deal we spoke on the phone and through email frequently. I never felt I had to wait long for answers or that I was being rushed into a deal I was uncertain of. Once we decided the vehicle was right for us we moved on to the finance stage and we were helped by Brian Blum. Brian was very candid and frank when talking numbers. Since I have a finance background myself I wanted to see as many scenarios as possible to be sure we were selecting the right financing/payment plan for our family. Brian never pushed to hard in any one direction and I felt like he simply objectively laid out the pros and cons of each option. In the end, we ended up financing through a third party and even though I'm sure Brian would have been happier if we financed through MINI he completely respected our decision and helped us with all the paperwork. At the end of the day a LARGE reason why we ended up going with a MINI was because of the outstanding service both of these gentlemen showed. We felt like (and we hope we are right about this) that because of their consumate professionalism throughout the sale we can expect the same service from MINI for the life of the vehicle. I would recommend Prestige MINI and Bob and Brian in a heartbeat to anyone interested in the vehicles they sell. More

Me and my wife we just got the new MINI Cooper Countryman! Bob Filebaum was our salesperson and by our side throughout the whole process. He got us the car we were looking for and for what we wanted to pay (actually a little less) and, more importantly, the car we were promised. He was up front, honest, and helpful from beginning to end. This is the 6th car I have purchased in my life, but the first time I remember the process being exciting and stress-free as opposed to a grueling haggle. Fantastic! Bob and Sprio were knowledgeable, patient (this customer was having a bad day) and very down to earth in their approach to selling us out Mini Clubman. They were even helpful at pointing out (this customer was having a bad day) and very down to earth in their approach to selling us out Mini Clubman. To merely say that my experience at Prestige MINI was a pleasant one would be an understatement. The moment one walks through the front door, he or she is greeted by smiles and friendly faces. The showroom is immaculate, the receptionists are warm and welcoming, and the staff is personable, professional, and passionate toward the customer. This combination of sincerity and eagerness to please creates an atmosphere at Prestige MINI which is fun, relaxed, and inviting; an atmosphere which I believe to be not only unrivaled within the industry but, practically extinct. During my time at Prestige MINI, I had the pleasure of dealing with Motoring Advisors, Robert Filenbaum and Spiro Bogris. From the get-go, both Robert and Spiro were not only knowledgeable, but courteous and patient, and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. They were concerned with what I had to say and listened astutely to any concerns or questions I may have had; a quality others pretend to have yet few actually posses. Robert and Spiro exuded a rare level of professionalism, the likes of which I have yet to see anywhere else. Moreover, they continue to demonstrate that same level of professionalism and dedication to their customers as time goes on. They treated me with the utmost respect and always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. There were no games or lengthy price negotiations. I was clear and concise with regard to where I wanted to be and in turn, they afforded me the same respect and were honest about the feasibility of my request. My standards are high, and I can say with great confidence that both Robert Filenbaum and Spiro Bogris truly rest in a class all their own. They are gentlemen and I feel privileged to have been able to do business with them. Simply put, dealing with Robert and Spiro rendered my choice to purchase my car at Prestige not only an easy one, but the only one. More
