Worst dealership I’ve dealt with they don’t answer phones and rude!! Scam artist as well my attorney will be in contact I still haven’t received paperwork on my truck and I’ve had it 2 months I called around and rude!! Scam artist as well my attorney will be in contact I still haven’t received paperwork on my truck and I’ve had it 2 months I called around and the truck is still in the previous owners name the GM told me I wasn’t aloud to take my truck anywhere but that dealership for work I had the truck two days and the front end sounds horrible but they “checked it” 2 months in and anti freeze is leaking! So I call to get it towed took them 2 days! And they wouldn’t give me a rental!! So after having my truck for 2 days it gets looked at and I told them my lifter is making a noise and the front end still and it’s leaking so she calls me after turning it into warranty they deny it because bolts and washers are missing and she accused me of doing it I have no knowledge of being able to do that! And that the air compressor was also missing bolts. And my lifters weren’t bad enough for them to replace!! So why wait till it’s leaking oil and blows up?? So I contacted my attorney because I bought a piece of xxxx that should have been looked over before I bought it I can’t get anyone to answer my calls and I leave voicemails and nothing I had to pay $1000 for it to get fixed why have warranty if I have to pay for it and it wasn’t even my fault it had these problems when I bought it and I have all the receipts from previous owner so again I let my attorney know! More
