I purchased a vehicle from this dealership over 6 months ago and I qualified for a military rebate. I gave all required documentation at the time of purchase and I have yet to receive the rebate. I thought it was very kind of Kia to offer me a rebate for my military service and I feel I have been lied I never received it. More

Extremely poor customer service. Unwilling to work with customers whatsoever. Tried to take advantage of me as a potential female buyer by selling me a car way above market value an Unwilling to work with customers whatsoever. Tried to take advantage of me as a potential female buyer by selling me a car way above market value and then jacking up my interest rate (even though I have excellent credit). Salesman, Loren, and finance coordinator, Manny, were deceitful, lying, and manipulative. Financial coordinator refused to let me see buy rate from bank that I was approved for, leading me to believe that they had jacked up the interest rate. Told me that it was “classified” information? MY loan approval being classified information makes zero sense. Gladly took my business to Crain Kia Bentonville where the customer service was second to none. Carlitos was excellent and did not give me the run around like the Fayetteville location. Will recommend Crain Kia Bentonville over Fayetteville location to all of my friends, family, coworkers, clients, etc. I will never bring my business back to this dealership. More

I worked with Hovey he was great he asked me what I was looking for he heard what I wanted and showed me exactly what I was looking for the interaction between him I and my family was genuine he did make looking for he heard what I wanted and showed me exactly what I was looking for the interaction between him I and my family was genuine he did make me feel like I was forced to make a deal with him. I was looking at one car and we’ll I didn’t really like it and Hovey let me know we wouldn’t be able to do it because of some negative equity I was going to roll over but he didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time instead he said we’ll let’s look at this white one we can work with punch in numbers and let’s see what we can do for you and it worked out I loved it I liked the seats better and it was a better outcome with numbers Hovey was great.
