Crain Volkswagen is one the best dealerships I have ever been to. The building is always clean, mechanics are very knowledgeable, and the service tech is very helpful and friendly. My experience had not bee been to. The building is always clean, mechanics are very knowledgeable, and the service tech is very helpful and friendly. My experience had not been the same at other places like Landers. This is the only dealership I would ever buy another Volkswagen from.. thank you to the Crain team for earning my business. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE WORST IV EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Mechanics and managers have no clue what they are doing. Incompetent and rude. Had to bring my car in 4 FOUR!!! TIMES for the exact same issue and th Mechanics and managers have no clue what they are doing. Incompetent and rude. Had to bring my car in 4 FOUR!!! TIMES for the exact same issue and they were never able to fix it! Just kept draining money out of me! I had to go to another dealer 3 hours away to get a proper diagnosis and it turns out this dealership was COMPLETELY wrong and were not able to find/Diagnose the actual issue. I have spend over a month on this issue bc of them. Taking time out of my work day and losing money to continuously have to deal with the SAME issue. Horrible. This place needs to be shut down and every song mechanic and manager needs to be trained better. More

It was quick, and the job got done, and everybody was very friendly. The waiting room was a bit sterile, but that's what you want in a pandemic, right?
