Hello, Thank you again for your business. We apologize that your pre-owned vehicle was only supplied with one master key. Our "Certified" pre-owned vehicles will always come with two keys, however with a car that is not a Toyota, we provide either one or two keys, depending on what was supplied when we received the vehicle. We do always take this into consideration when pricing our cars for sale. I am happy to hear that Michael Blocker made the experience smooth and fast otherwise.
