Easily the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at any business, let alone a car dealership. The lease buyout was a nightmare due to lack of communication among staff departments regarding the status of m business, let alone a car dealership. The lease buyout was a nightmare due to lack of communication among staff departments regarding the status of my car. The car key was lost yet an employee still told me to pick the car up. An extra $2000 worth of repairs were attempted to be added to my loan due to lack of communication. Every time I interacted with a sales rep when emphasizing that I was on a budget, they would try to up-sell me at every opportunity. Honestly, part of the reason I bought out my lease was to avoid dealing with anyone from this dealership. Also - no one wears a mask during covid times in case anyone was interested. More

Had an amazing experience. Needed help figuring out the audio code of my radio and Sean and Robert were incredibly helpful! They both were very persistent and kept helping until the issue was solved. Herb Chambers Honda in Boston is FANTASTIC!!! I just brought in my car for service and everyone from Robert Hall, Meredith, Sean DeSilva Service Advisor, to one the Sales Managers who came out to the wa brought in my car for service and everyone from Robert Hall, Meredith, Sean DeSilva Service Advisor, to one the Sales Managers who came out to the waiting area to hand out gloves were just AMAZING!!! Sean DeSilva was awesome and super helpful as always and I really appreciate how he looks after me and my car. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken cared of. I really felt like family. I really had a MAGNIFICENT experience, for they made my day during these very challenging times. This is my fourth car that I’ve bought from them and I will be a customer for life! Thank you Herb Chambers Honda team of Boston you guys are the best!! More
