The service department staff are excellent- friendly, polite, professional. It was pouring rain when I arrived today without an umbrella. Great Honda dealership with fair pricing and no pressure sales people. This is our 4th vehicle purchase with Windward. Not as convenient as the Honda dealership in town but much nicer to deal with and wort sales people. This is our 4th vehicle purchase with Windward. Not as convenient as the Honda dealership in town but much nicer to deal with and worth the trip as well. Their inventory is limited which is normal here, but worse due to economic conditions. We have three Honda dealerships on Oahu, and Honda Windward is the best. More

Just wanted to share that Honda Winward made my purchase of a new 2023 Civic Hatchback Sport a truly memorable experience. My salesman Robert Hennessy went above and beyond to ensure I knew everything abou of a new 2023 Civic Hatchback Sport a truly memorable experience. My salesman Robert Hennessy went above and beyond to ensure I knew everything about the car from safety features to the audio system. He never put any pressure on me to purchase because as you know new car inventory is very limited at the moment. The sales manager Craig Hersh had a warm and pleasing demeanor and didn’t give me too much of an hassle with the purchase price negotiation. Given the limited inventory situation I was shocked when they agreed to meet me half way on my offer price. I saved a few thousand dollars and I know that is extremely rare nowadays. Also the finance manager Sabrina Dela Rama was so patient and kind with me since I wanted to see lease options via financing. See shared every detail and I was very impressed with her in depth knowledge of leases. Also she didn’t push me to buy any extra care plans but I did add some dealer accessories I was thinking about adding like the side body moldings, etc. After only a few hours I was off in my new car feeling well taken care of. I returned a few days later to pickup some accessories from the parts department and I was treated like a VIP by the Sales Manager Craig Hersh who personally took care of me since my salesman was with another client. He walked me around the dealership and introduced me to the General Sales Manager Mel Ramos who gave me a warm handshake and a congratulations on my new car purchase. He then took me to the service/parts department where I was introduced to Dalton Baker their Director of Operations who helped me get my accessories. After I got my accessories Craig even helped me install the new items in my car which I would never expect a manager to do and I was floored at this point. I can truly say that everyone I interacted with, Robert, Craig, Sabrina, Mel and Dalton, were professionals at the highest level. Thank you everyone at Honda Winward for an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back again. More
