Arranged to pick up the car next day rather than wait at the dealership, Mike had the car ready to go at 9 am as requested, before I drove it off the lot he spent as much time as I needed showing me how to use the various controls in the car, the entertainment system, etc. Thank you to both of them for great car buying experience I did not rate Rich at the beginning of the survey, don’t recall him at the dealership More
