I give Werner Mazda a 2 of 5 because I purchased a used vehicle that has a worn door brake on the driver side. I requested the part from Werner Mazda, within the 90 day warranty, and even offered to instal vehicle that has a worn door brake on the driver side. I requested the part from Werner Mazda, within the 90 day warranty, and even offered to install myself. They refused to provide a replacement (40$ item) - the reason was due to a "highly discounted vehicle", in their words. More
