Beautiful Rainy Service Schedule From the minute that I drove into the service center I was greeted pleasantly and quickly. I was going to wait in the lounge for the four hours estimated completion of all on the schedule but Robert H. the service manager came out to let me know a loaner was available. The call came in the estimated time given to me for completion and the car was ready when I arrived. Thank you for a very pleasant service day at Audi of East Hartford! More

Excellent service This was my first time visiting Hoffman's service center. I purchased my vehicle in MA but live in CT and will have it serviced at Hoffman. The noi This was my first time visiting Hoffman's service center. I purchased my vehicle in MA but live in CT and will have it serviced at Hoffman. The noise my car was making did not present itself upon arrival but they agreed to do an inspection to ensure there were no issues. Also offered to schedule a loaner if the problem persists. Service was extremely helpful and shuttle ride was very convenient. More
