I had brought my 2017 Honda CR-V because of an oil leak after I had brought my vehicle in for servive a month ago. My service advisor- Joseph Bustamante was great. I told him the problem and told me to re after I had brought my vehicle in for servive a month ago. My service advisor- Joseph Bustamante was great. I told him the problem and told me to relax in your newly remodeled showroom while he have his service technicians isolate the problem. Mr. Bustamante came back shortly and told me that the oil train plug washer was defective. He said his technician will immediately install a new washer and have me back on the road shortly. Mr. Bustamante was great. He listened to my problem and kept me updated during my stay. He was apologetic about the defective washer and offer me a free oil change on my next visit. That what I call great customer service. More

I made an appointment to get my fuel injector system cleaned, and I was told that they were only able to do half of the service because they don’t have the parts. How does the dealership not have the pa cleaned, and I was told that they were only able to do half of the service because they don’t have the parts. How does the dealership not have the parts to do a service on their own cars now I have to wait for them to call me and let me know when they have the equipment available to do the job unbelievable More

Only one service writer. He spent 40 minutes with 1st customer. Then he told me it would be 2 hours from then which it was already 7:40 am just for a software update. I as He spent 40 minutes with 1st customer. Then he told me it would be 2 hours from then which it was already 7:40 am just for a software update. I asked why, he said he had no technicians. While I was waiting the first 40 minutes, I watched two technicians just waiting for work at their bay. Don’t allow appointments if you don’t have staff. More
