The overall experience was mild at best. The agenda was to sell me a car no matter especially on their terms. Only 500 off msrp was laughable. The salesman was green and it showed. However the Gm was a veteran and it showed with his stern tactics and the overall vibe I got from him was distasteful. In the end I purchased a brand new vehicle not because of customer service, but out of pure necessity with 90 miles already on it and a damaged front bumper. Now I have to bring it in so it can be replaced as opposed to enjoying the vehicle on my day off. I’m a resident and firefighter of San Bruno. I wanted to do business in my home town. I will most likely not do future business with Honda or San Bruno. More
