First timer Service advisor is courteous and knowledgeable. I got my vehicle back as promised in one and half hour. I would give it an five stars but the waiting Service advisor is courteous and knowledgeable. I got my vehicle back as promised in one and half hour. I would give it an five stars but the waiting area is very crowded. Star needs to update and expand the customer waiting area. More

No very pleasant experience Stood in line for 15 min after giving car to shop. No one was there to help and if they were they were not attending to customers that were standing t Stood in line for 15 min after giving car to shop. No one was there to help and if they were they were not attending to customers that were standing there When received car back 2 tires went down to 22 percent within 3 blocks of service station. I went to a gas station and they said that I had no threads on 2 tiers. Even though I just came from Nissan and have a bill stating that my tier thread was good. No as trust worthy as you used to be Rep that I took me was pleasant and profesional. More

horrible service department . go elsewhere !! called 9 am and was told I had to call a different number than the one listed online. I called the new number I was given and a recording said the num called 9 am and was told I had to call a different number than the one listed online. I called the new number I was given and a recording said the number was disconnected. i proceeded to text someone who told me I would get a callback very soon. Three hours later....no call. I tried texting again and was again told I would get a call "soon'. however I was given a different number to call. After waiting another 3 hours I called the number which rang about 12 times. I was prompted to leave my name and number and they will call back. still waiting.... what a waste of a day !!!! maybe the sales dept. is good but God forbid you need service. totally disgusted with their service. BEWARE !! More

I purchased my 1998 Altima from Star Nissan and while driving it more than 100,000 miles, I have been able to always rely on Star Nissan for maintenance and repairs. They have certainly come to know me driving it more than 100,000 miles, I have been able to always rely on Star Nissan for maintenance and repairs. They have certainly come to know me and my Nissan over the years and they have provided excellent customer service. That does not mean that there have not been a couple of slip ups, but they always do whatever it takes to correct the problem/issue. I rely on the quality of the parts and workmanship that they provide to protect me and my family. I highly recommend Star Nissan and plan to purchase my new Nissan from them. More
